I have a knack for being able to work in a strategic manner and then easily switch to operationalising strategies. This means ensuring that your strategies are more than just a piece of paper and that you have real initiatives to bring them to life.
People say that I balance focus with fun, and care with accountability but what they really rave about is my ability to achieve audacious goals, and leave a legacy of capability behind me.

This experience extends across recruitment, benefits, well-being, employee relations, payroll and learning and development. Most recently I have specialised in leading a function across the end to end spectrum of talent including; employer branding, talent acquisition and talent management.
This experience has allowed me to develop a strong knowledge of how key business drivers in each of these industries can impact people deliverables.
A natural leader I have sound experience managing a team, coaching individuals to reach their full potential and utilising my strong problem solving abilities to address complex situations. I pride myself on my ability to develop talent within my teams and my ability to create strong strategic plans ensures that the teams I lead deliver a world class service.
